Summary - How to connect to the Internet wirelessly on the EPC netbook:
First, double-click the wireless internet icon on the task menu at the bottom right of the desktop screen. Click the "Wireless Information" tab. Click on "Add New..." and right click on your wireless router and select "Configure". This will open the Wireless Properties menu. There are 3 boxes on this menu, make sure none of them are checked if you have a security enalbled network. Enter your network key (router password), then click "OK". Select your router and click "Connect". Also, make sure that this is the computers preferred network. Close the window and shut down the computer. Once you power up the computer again, Internet Explorer should have no trouble connecting.
Detailed Instructions to connect to wireless:
Step one: double click Wifi Power icon to open wireless network switch and click turn on button to make sure your build in wireless network card powered on, it is a cycle button, one click on and one click off. once you done you will see a wireless icon appear in notification area which on screen right down corner.
Step two: double clck that wireless icon and you will able to see your wireless config panel.
Step 3: In wireless config penal please select wireless information card by one click it.
Step 4: after double cilck add new item a new penal will open for you for next steps
Step 5: make sure to right input your wireless network name (SSID) if you not sure, please check with your Wireless AP config by accessing wireless AP administration page using a connected computer or people who knows it. This is important step to succeed.
Step 6: Leave check box unchecked.
Step 7: one click authentication drop down check menu you will able to see all type authentication that the notebook supported and most popular authentication at home is open or share, all other selections are popular in company business wireless network environment to provide more secure and protection. However, please make sure your authentication type by check you wireless AP config or ask people who knows it. Here is just a sample to show you how to select authentication type and here we select type share which accordant with an AP can accepting share authentication.
Step 8: this diagram show you a complete succeed wireless card setup.
1, the right SSID input which accordant with AP you connect to
2, select type of Share Authentication which also accordant with AP you connect to
3, once you select Share from drop down menu Encryption will change to WEP automatically.
4, uncheck the key is provided automatically to ensure the key is not provided automatically so you will able to input key.
5, please input right key in this box.
6, please make sure Key index that your AP used, most popular is 1.

Impressed with the speed of the little guy. I was curious how fast it would be due to the processor speed and memory but it has been doing exactly what I would expect a comparable laptop to do with more memory and faster CPU. This is great for anyone needing basic internet / work use and highly recommended.
I ordered one of these netbooks,dying to get it,especially after all those great reviews! I have an iMac,which I love, but a handy,portable little laptop will be very useful for WIFI hotspots and email on the go,etc.I'm also happy to hear you can get tech help live if you need to.

This budget netbook takes a really strong WiFi signal to surf the web with acceptable speed, but for the money, it's useful. Webmail works well. The equivalent of MS Word is impressive, and the keyboard spacing and touch are easy to use after a little practice. Shipment and delivery were prompt, and I didn't experience any problem with my order. I'd of course rather have an IPad, but in this price range this is an honest value.
