NEC Technologies Ships New Generation of MT50 Series Full-Featured Portable Projectors: Superior Choice for Conference Room and Classroom Use
Increased Brightness, Outstanding Data and Video Performance, Monitor And Audio Out Connections Allow Users to "Rule the Room"
ITASCA, Ill., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- NEC Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: NIPNY) has made conference room and classroom projection possibilities abundant with the availability of the MultiSync(R) MT50(TM) Series projectors. A refined version of the company's award-winning line of portable projectors, the MT850(TM), MT1050(TM) and MT1055(TM) provide big projector power in a portable package, thus carrying on their legacy as the "superior choice for conference room and classroom projectors."
"The MultiSync MT50 Series has been optimized to enable users to deliver dynamic, captivating presentations with exceptional data and video quality, while allowing practical applications, such as the hook-up of an external monitor," said Don Fasick, product marketing manager for the Visual Systems Division at NEC Technologies. "Whether it is for fixed or portable usage in a college lecture hall, corporate conference room, center for worship or government training facility, the MT50 Series projectors have all the power and versatility needed for presentation success. When combined with NEC Technologies' longstanding reputation for quality and top-notch service and support programs, the MT50 Series is the well-rounded portable projector choice."
Full-Featured, Exclusive Technologies
The LCD-based MultiSync MT1050 and MT1055 projectors offer XGA native resolution and a powerful 2100 and 2600 ANSI lumens of brightness respectively, allowing for uncompromising use even in locations where the lights are on and the shades are up. The MT850 supplies SVGA resolution and 1700 ANSI lumens of brightness. All three projectors incorporate a host of exclusive features that "outshine" the competition:
Presenters will benefit from VORTEX Technology(TM), the industry's first complete four-part display enhancement system designed to change the way the world views projected images. The new technology provides data and graphic displays with superior uniformity, color and contrast, and video displays with greater depth, detail, brighter whites and more realistic colors. This translates to the exchange of information that is more eye-catching and memorable.
The MT50 Series projectors contain both monitor and audio out connectors, which are critical to users, such as professors and facilitators, who typically rely upon PCs instead of laptops. The projectors offer broad computer compatibility and are also DTV and HDTV capable so product obsolescence is not an issue.
The new projectors include many of the same advanced features that earned the MT projector line its award-winning reputation. The built-in Presentation Viewer enables users to download presentations directly from their laptops. Not only does this lighten the load by allowing the laptop to be left at home, but it saves time during set-up since it eliminates the need to wait for long computer boot times.
The projectors also make use of NEC Technologies' exclusive AutoSense(TM) technology, which automatically synchronizes and adjusts the projector to optimize incoming computer and video signals. By eliminating the need for time-consuming manual adjustments, AutoSense technology allows the MultiSync MT Series projectors to provide near-perfect images while delivering maximum presentation effectiveness. Additionally, Advanced AccuBlend(TM) Intelligent Pixel Blending Technology provides detailed and focused non-native resolution source display.
The MT50 Series projectors also employ NEC Technologies' exclusive Eco-Mode(TM) feature, which enables users to select reduced light output, thus increasing lamp life while decreasing projector noise. The new projectors also incorporate a user-customized menu system that allows users to hide certain menu functions, preventing less knowledgeable users from tampering with those projector settings.
