WE HAVE TESTED THE MAGIC JACK
We have been asked again and again why don't we offer the Magic Jack. The answer is simple, we don't offer
any product to our customer until it is fully tested. And if you do offer it, we wanted to be an authorized reseller.
We are now an authorized seller of the Magic Jack. Before doing so, we have tested the product fully both in the
US - Domestically and overseas. My wife and I went on vacation in France and Belgium about two months ago.
We have three kids so we had to be able to keep in touch with them constantly, Magic Jack was at our rescue.
We use it in France and Belgium for the entire week we were there communicating with the kids and their guardian
(mother in law/ grand mother). In addition, I was able to keep in touch with clients.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Nothing is perfect, there is always a group of people struggling with technology. I have been an expert computer technician for years, I have seen perfect products, but not perfect enough when you throw in human factor. Some are more technologically advanced than others. Some aren't and you have those who would break any piece of technological device, my wife falls under that category.
In a year I had to either fix or changed her computer about a dozen times. Even with the most advanced security, antivirus,

Free independant support to my customers. I will not be available 24/7, but I promised you that I'll be there with you whether

and I have simulated a number of scenarios.

Buy from a name you can trust, there are many selling it cheap, but they will
not provide any support - I have heard stories of people selling expired Magic Jack. Don't fall for these scams, all magic jack
should include the first year for Free and then $19.99 for every other succeeding year. Most sellers only want to make money,
they will not provide any support. Magic Jack do offer do it yourself support chat, but that doesn't help the average computer
