CompWareSurplus.com is a division of PHANEL INTERNET & BUSINESS SERVICES LLC.
We started compwaresurplus.com after conducting years of extensive research on how to make technology affordable, recyclable and reusable saving you money and alleviate the impacts on our fragile environment. Our business model benefits everyone: PC technicians / Repair Shop, businesses and the End Users alike.
Through networking with private companies, government institutions and others, we created a system that allows us to locate overstock, surplus of both brand new and used computer items around the Globe. Once we acquire those items, we process them. Some are being refurbished, sold and donated, some are being processed for parts and get sold "as is". We make technology affordable to those who wouldn't otherwise have access to it. Each year we donate several computers to charitable organizations in the US particularly in the state of Florida, and abroad to country such as Haiti.
Our repair & service division pctechwithoutborders.com handles all the processing: repair and refurbishments.

Our customers consist of computer technicians and computer repair shops (looking for cheap parts and accessories, and used computers to refurbish). It also consists of small and mid size businesses requiring a very large number of computers for their company network and companies with overstock (surplus compware) that are looking for assets recovery and management services. Most importantly, of families who can't neither afford to pay the full price for a computer or who are looking for a great deal. We assure you that our products are of the highest quality and always available below competitive prices. We can provide you with wholesale and retail solutions both in the US and overseas. We can also market and sell your surplus through auctions to a market of both buyers and sellers.
